Marvel Rivals has plenty of exciting features you wouldn’t know much about unless you tinkered with the game for a while. For instance, have you noticed all the sprays ? What are sprays, anyway? They’re nowhere in the tutorial. Still, you can complete missions by tagging buildings with them. Plus, there are dozens of sprays featured in Rivals’s menus. Seriously, what gi
Sprays are a fun tool for making your presence known in Marvel Rivals, but the game doesn’t tell you much about how to use them. Fortunately, tagging a surface with a spray is straightforward. First, you’ll equip sprays for your Hero . Then, all you need to do is follow the keyboard/controller prompts below to get spray
The Hulk has three forms in Marvel Rivals, and each has different abilities. As a Vanguard, he can cause a lot of damage, but you can also play as his other half, Bruce Banner. In the game, Banner has finally found a way to balance his alter
Sprays are cosmetic calling cards you can paint onto stage surfaces during matches. From what we can tell, they don’t carry any gameplay advantages. However, sprays are a fun way to show off (especially when you’ve unlocked the rare exclusive ones)! Plus, sprays are easy to use once you learn how to use them. Another hero shooter, Paladins has a wealth of characters to choose from and is free-to-play, making it a very easy game to jump into and check out. Did you know there are over fifty available sprays in Marvel Rivals? Maybe it’s not a multiverse worth, but 50 is still a lot! However, most of these sprays have specific conditions you must meet to unlock t
Ahead of the State of Play, some information had been datamined that showed it was extremely likely Marvel Rivals would eventually be on consoles. One piece of evidence came from a recent Steam update that showed code IDs for PlayStation and Xbox support. Reliable leakers have also said that the game already includes crossplay infrastructure . This would be a lot of work for a useless system if the game wasn’t planned to eventually be released on consoles, lending even more credability to the leaks – which have no been confir
I completely expected Thor to appear at some point as a playable hero regardless of the leaks, simply because Loki is already in the game, and the God of Thunder has been used in so much current Marvel media due to his increase in popularity with mainstream audiences over the years – most likely due to his portrayal by Chris Hemsworth in the Marvel Cinematic Universe – that his omission would feel jarring. The character I was more excited to see, however, was Dr. Doom . Doom was announced in the press release that accompanied Marvel Rivals ‘ first trailer, and it was clear he would play a major part in the story, but this is the first we have seen of the character and his future variant.
Admittedly, Dr. Doom has had a better track record in his game appearances than his movie ones and has featured in the Marvel Rivals Patch Notes Ultimate Alliance games, but barring the Nintendo Switch-exclusive third entry, Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order – where he appeared as the titular antagonist of the DLC epilogue depicted in Shadow of Doom – the first two games aren’t accessible to many current players anymore where they were delisted from digital storefronts along with the other Activision Marvel games and aren’t available through backwards compatibility on modern platforms with a physical copy either. This is the case with so many past Marvel titles , and it’s a real shame as so many of them told great stories that weren’t influenced by the movie depictions – barring the movie tie-ins, obviously – and focused solely on how the characters appeared in their comic iterations.
From the looks of it, the new Fantastic Four movie won’t feature Dr. Doom as the casting announcements have indicated that it will be focusing on Galactus and Silver Surfer, and honestly, while I would love to see a more comics-accurate version of Dr. Doom appearing in the MCU at some point, I think that it’s probably for the best that Marvel Studios hasn’t rebooted the series a third time with another ” Fantastic Four vs. Dr. Doom ” movie, so I am fine with him popping up later.
Encountering each other as far back as Wolverine’s time in the Weapon X program, the supernatural monster is almost too much Logan’s powers.
